There are different types of work ethic:
- Ideal work ethic
- Average work ethic
- Bad work ethic
People with a strong work ethic gain significantly more satisfaction from their professions than people who do not have a strong work ethic because they are fully engaged in what they do every day.
Work ethic is a set of moral principles that a worker follows while doing his or her job.
