Blog Post - 2 - What is Work Ethic?

Work Ethic

noun

The principle that hard work is intrinsically virtuous or worthy of a reward.
- Oxford Dictionary.

There are different types of work ethic:
  • Ideal work ethic
  • Average work ethic
  • Bad work ethic

People with a strong work ethic gain significantly more satisfaction from their professions than people who do not have a strong work ethic because they are fully engaged in what they do every day.

Work ethic is a set of moral principles that a worker follows while doing his or her job.
